This role is responsible for leading and overseeing Go-To-Market Strategy for Global Distribution. This role will also be responsible for our global NAS (Network Attached Storage), and VIA (Video Image Analytics) portfolio. We are looking for an influential leader with strategic thinking, comprehensive understanding of the distribution channel and a focus on driving financial success. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping Seagate's position in the Distribution market and fostering collaboration across key business functions to drive performance in revenue, gross margin, share, and operational efficiency. The estimated base salary range for this position: $186,000 - $275,000. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
