Job Summary:

The Private Client Wealth Advisor III will work with high-net worth investors, and ultra-high-net worth individuals and families. The Private Wealth Advisor III will assist those navigating the often-complex personal financial landscape and will advise on how to plan their finances, typically using services such as investment management, formal financial planning, and tax consulting. This role will frequently engage with internal business partners, referral resources and others found to be influential within the community. This position will have revenue growth and new business development sales goals and will work closely with administrative team to consistently exceed client expectations while exceeding relationship management goals.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

* Develops and prospects internal and external centers of influence to build and cultivate pipeline of new client opportunities

* Oversees a select book of developed High Net Worth customer relationships

* Continually monitors and evaluates client needs to identify opportunities to expand and deepen customer relationships

* Demonstrates proficiency in the utilization of consultative and advice driven sales; manages execution of client service standards to develop and retain lasting client relationships. Develops and strategically executes personal business plan to achieve defined revenue and business objectives.

* Collaborates with a customized team of specialists to deliver high-quality client service. Ensures service standards and metrics are met based on needs, segmentation, asset allocation, and risk management

* Coordinates and collaborates with client third party advisors (e.g., attorney, accountant) to ensure synergy of advisors' recommendations, consistent to client goals

* Serves as primary customer contact for select clients to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner

* Provides client with information regarding current trends and commands a thorough knowledge of investment products, trading strategies and market dynamics

* Manages overall profitability of client relationships

* Accountable for implementation of recommendations delivered to client

* Actively participates within professional and community organizations. Actively networks and effectively builds relationships internally and externally

* Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

* Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

* College degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Investments, or other Business related field preferred

* Advanced degree, such as an MBA or JD, is preferred.

* Certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (or other industry certifications) are strongly preferred

* At least six years of successful Private Client sales experience including relationship management required, including experience managing fiduciary responsibilities and planning based sales models, is preferred

* Experience with account compliance and risk mitigation responsibilities preferred
