Job Description

Staffmark is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tempe, AZ, for a leading manufacturer specializing in overnight oats.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, with at least one weekend day

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll excel in a dynamic environment, managing tasks with determination and persistence. With strong communication skills and a curious mindset, you'll adapt to diverse topics and thrive in a supportive team setting. Your main focus will be assisting customers via email, providing solutions, enhancing their experience, and contributing to ongoing improvements in customer satisfaction. You'll also educate customers about our products, discuss subscription benefits, and handle additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in fostering collaboration and driving positive outcomes
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service, sales, or retention experience
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong computer skills
  • Team-oriented and empathetic
