As a Recruiter, you will be a vital part of our Talent Acquisition team, consulting with Hiring Managers/Business Leaders, developing and executing talent strategies, effectively identifying, and engaging with candidates, always keeping an eye on delivering the best experience for stakeholders, and positioning PCL as the employer of choice.

Preference is for this position to be in our Tempe, AZ or Denver, CO office locations, but other permanent (not project locations) PCL office locations will be considered - Our offices - See All Locations | PCL Construction.

Responsibilities


*Exceptionally partners with Hiring Managers/Business leaders and HR colleagues, helping to meet overall business and talent goals - a talent solution provider/advisor who is unafraid to challenge the status quo when needed with the upmost respect and professionalism.
*For businesses supported, develops and executes macro (for the business as a whole, mostly mid to long-term) and micro (position-by-position, mostly short-term) talent acquisition strategies.
*Follows and effectively influences hiring managers and other key stakeholders to follow established talent acquisition policies and procedures, in part, helping to ensure data quality.
*Ensures a consistently engaging candidate experience, aligning with PCL Employee Value Proposition guidelines.
*Consistently sets expectations and regularly communicates with all stakeholders (ex. hiring managers, business leaders, internal and external candidates, HR colleagues, vendors, etc.)
*Expertly identifies, attracts, and assesses talent efficiently and effectively for an ongoing average of 20 -25 job openings while maintaining excellent service levels to multiple hiring managers and candidates.
*Promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at PCL by developing and executing strategies that aim to ensure a diverse candidate pool for all positions.
*Regularly evaluates labor market conditions and industry intelligence, sharing with HR colleagues and business leaders to inform optimal business and talent decisions.
*Is always on the lookout for opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, not content with just maintaining the status quo.
*Ensures compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Qualifications

REQUIRED
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Minimum of 3 years similar talent acquisition experience, ideally in a corporate AND search firm/agency setting.
*Demonstrated ability to build relationships with, partner with and effectively influence all stakeholders throughout the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
*Proven ability to effectively engage with and quickly assess candidates' motivations, qualifications, and potential.
*General knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
*Flexible and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative, often-changing environment.
*Excellent written & verbal communication, multi-tasking, organizational, follow-up and negotiating skills, with a strong attention to detail.


DESIRED
*Architecture, Engineering, & Construction industry experience with Construction strongly preferred (Civil, Buildings, Heavy Industrial, Renewable Energy)
*At least 2 years' experience in a search firm/agency in a client and candidate management capacity is strongly preferred.
*A total of 5-10 plus years of similar talent acquisition experience (multiple levels of the role are being considered, ex. Jr. Recruiter, Recruiter, Sr. Recruiter.)
*LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter designation.
*Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and/or multiple ATS/HRMS systems.
*Employer branding / social recruiting expertise.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
