Description

The Property Disposition position is responsible for coordinating the marketing and selling of post-foreclosure properties. This will be accomplished by utilizing tools such as reporting to closely track files, working with contacts inside and outside the company and proactively taking action to ensure the necessary progress is made at each step of the process.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Utilizing reporting to initiate the marketing process, track status, prevent delays and manage deadlines
  2. Work with contacts, such as foreclosure attorneys, to ensure post foreclosure sale actions are taken in order to sell property
  3. Assist with the review of purchase offers by completing tools used for analysis
  4. Identify potential challenges in process and taking proactive steps for resolution

Position requirements:

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Be detail oriented
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Display strong oral/ written communication skills
  • Basic to strong PC skills

*Preference will be given to those candidates having experience in accounting or research driven role.

** This position is on site in Oklahoma City, not offering hybrid/ remote schedules.
