Nature and Scope

Training Coordinator will be responsible for ongoing improvements and continued support of department activities with a focused support on division/area specific internal process management as directed (i.e. commercial operations, manufacturing, QC, QA, field, EHS, etc.).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in continual improvements and facilitation for onboarding for onsite and offsite employees.
  • Facilitation of Training Programs throughout the company including but limited to Data Integrity Trainings, Post Orientation, Professional Development, Leadership, etc.
  • Development of on the job training initiatives and qualification processes.
  • Partnering with Area Supervision/Management to develop area specific training content.
  • Assist in managing and developing content for review in identified systems (i.e. Veeva Vault, ISOtrain, etc.)
  • Focused support on division/area specific internal process management as directed (i.e. commercial operations, manufacturing, QC, QA, field, etc.).
  • Assist in Talent Management and EHS objectives.
  • Assist in ongoing maintenance/management of ISOtrain Training Management System including course assignment, employee curricula, course revision, module approvals and Management notifications.
  • Assist in critical system overviews, updates and management supporting both New York and Ohio systems.
  • Participate in creating and implementing area specific training programs.
  • Perform system audits for ISOtrain Learning Management System.
  • Maintain Training Records.
  • Assist in maintenance of departmental files (monitoring, assessments, investigations, trending, testing, etc.) and departmental records (employee files, training descriptions, etc.).
  • Assist in creating metrics for Management meetings.
  • Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.
Education Requirements and Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • High School diploma required, some secondary education, strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferred.
  • Proven ability to execute effectively against project plans
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
